Commercial Insurance:  Adapt is an in-network group mental health provider for the following commercial insurance plans:

• Aetna

• Ambetter

Adapt has some individual clinicians who are in-network with Cigna.

Adapt is an out-of-network provider for most other commercial insurance plans.  Some plans have higher deductibles and coinsurance/copayment amounts for out-of-network providers.

Other funding:  Adapt also accepts Family Services Planning Team (FSPT ) funding from:

• Children's Home Society

• Devereux/BNET

• Family Partnership of Central Florida

• Family Integrity Program

• Heartland for Kids

Note: This is for those without other insurance and copayment requirements are based on family income.

Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services

Adapt is an ABA Provider for the following plans:

• Florida Medicaid 

• CMS Title 21

• Aetna commercial insurance (Autism diagnosis required)

• Cigna commercial insurance (Autism diagnosis required)

• United commercial insurance (Autism diagnosis required)
