Executive Leadership
Sharon Older, Ph.D., BCBA-D, Executive Director
Sharon has been the leader of Adapt Behavioral Services since its inception in 2007. Prior to Adapt, she worked for several non-profit mental health agencies, a state hospital, and various other treatment agencies. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from West Virginia University in 1991. She has been a certified Behavior Analyst since 1991 and a Licensed Psychologist since 1992. She has been providing services for a variety of client populations since 1983 and directing treatment programs since 1991. She was the President of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis from 2015-16, served on the FABA Board for 7 years, and participated as a member of the FABA Legislative Committee for several more years after that. Additionally, Sharon has served as the Mental Health/Psychology Continuing Education sponsor at FABA since 2005.
Joseph Older, M.B.A., C.F.A., Finance Director
Joe has been with Adapt since 2007. Prior to Adapt, he had a career in banking as a Trust Investment Officer at Wachovia. Joe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance in 1983 and his Master’s in Business Administration from West Virginia University in 1984.
Regina Estill, Operations Director
Regina has been with Adapt since 2015 as an Administrative Specialist and was promoted to Operations Director in 2019. Prior to Adapt, she handled payroll, finance, and operations for a large convenience store chain in Virginia. She earned her Associates degree in Accounting & Computer Science from National Business College in 2002.
